The only items for guests to arrange are transportation and tip for caddies!

Caddie Gratuity: Forecaddies will be provided for all scheduled golf rounds. Caddie gratuities are not included in the event package and are the responsibility of each golfer. The minimum gratuity is $40 per player for each 18-hole day and $60 per player for Friday’s 27-hole tournament.

Thursday, September 17
Thursday’s 18-hole Welcome Round will be a relaxed start to the weekend. Additional on-course challenges will be announced closer to the event.
Friday, September 18
Friday will be the official tournament day, featuring a Ryder Cup-style team competition for golfers of every handicap.
Golfers will be divided into six balanced teams, each led by a team captain. Players will compete as two-person pairs across three nine-hole matches:
• Round 1: Scramble
• Round 2: Alternate Shot (Pinehurst)
• Round 3: Best Ball
Each match is worth one point, with half a point awarded for a tie. Scores will be added to the team leaderboard throughout the day as teams compete for the inaugural AAC Cup.
The tournament will conclude with a horserace featuring the top-performing pair from each team, giving every team a chance to be represented in the final.
Teams, pairings, and additional player details will be shared before the event.
