What is your policy on inclement weather?

Inclement Weather. Frost, rain, lightning, fog or other inclement weather may cause delay to the start of your event.

If playing conditions require cancellation of the event, as determined by the Club in its discretion, the event will be rescheduled at the first available date that is mutually convenient or if such rescheduling is impossible (as mutually determined by Client and Club) then each of Client’s scheduled guests will receive a rain check voucher which will permit them to play golf at the Club on future date.

If we determine that a ”rain-out” has occurred after the start of your event, the Club will make an equitable adjustment based on the number of holes played, as determined in the Club’s reasonable discretion.
